When I was 18 and starting college, I chose to major in Communications. I tried to rationalize it would lead to a full, lifelong career, but, let's be honest. Raise your hand if your work is no longer related to what was printed on your diploma. Thank goodness for colleges opening doors to adults seeking a new degree or retraining for a different career. The challenge is we may have to juggle school with work, family, and just the daily grind of living day-to-day. So what do you do? The Internet has changed the way we do business, manage money, and is becoming an increasingly popular avenue to education. Online degrees are more convenient for people who are in the middle of a career. They eliminate commuting hours and allow students to tackle coursework on their own schedules.
